| My granny is just MEAN! why? what does that accomplish? and she's always been a little on the sharp side anyway. She used to eat restaurant managers for breakfast if she had to wait too long for her meal, or if the waitress didn't smile sweetly enough, or whatever she thought was wrong. And then tonight she bit my head off for having a migraine. "Oh, I have those all the time." not to be out done I guess. when she get's snitty, she doesn't say "I love you." like on the phone before hanging up, she just skips over it with a mmmmmm mmmmm bye. she's so mean! she's been mean to Grandpa for MANY years, like 41 years. She yells at him about everything....they were even arrested for yelling at eachother about 30 years ago and there was even a restaurant manager involved too! Why he puts up with it I'll never know. A stunning man of 6'4" and she has reduced him almost to having to ask permission to breathe, swallow, blink....."You didn't do that right! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, damnit!, WHY would you have done it that way?" I grew up hearing that. My mother grew up hearing far worse. Their snitty-ness has slowed down with the rest of them, but boy when it strikes it's shocking. Now Granny has major hearing impairment. so not only does she not hear what you say completely or accurately, but she'll make comments on what she THINKS you said and then freaks out because she's depressed and paranoid on top of that. CLEARLY SHE WOULD BE A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR SOME MEDS! but she refuses to go to the dr. or the dentist. She gets her yearly check up and they run a cholesterol test that comes back reading 400+, and then tells me she refuses the meds the dr suggested while smoking her Now menthol 100's. WHY EVEN PAY FOR THE TEST? and here's the kicker, she eats hardly anything. She makes fun of fat people, and to her, EVERYONE is "husky" because she's a daggum stick person held together by tar from the smokes, and cholesterol from I don't know....peaches, cookies, coffee? no, where does the cholesterol come from? she doesn't hardly eat!??? so she's skinny, mean, she smokes, and she's going to probably live forever. I hope so anyway, sure would be boring without her. there, thanks for letting me vent! |
